Exchanges Only – Eligible on select products.

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items (excluding Blind Date with a Book products). If you receive an eligible item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cutethingsbyusshop@gmail.com (or via social media @cutethingsbyusshop) with your order number and a photo of the issue.
